Guarantees and Return Policies

We are convinced that you will be entirely satisfied with our merchandise. If for some reason you are less than happy, contact us within 10 days of making your purchase. We will either replace the item or we will reimburse you the full amount.

Availability of Products

The availability of plants can vary according to the season or according to the product. Rare plants and uncommon items may require pre-orders. The availability of stock is updated each week. A plant may become unavailable between the moment the order is placed and the moment it is physically pulled from stock. If this occurs, we will place you in first priority for the next availability of the product.

Placing an Order

You may place an order online (this is the easiest and the fastest way), by FAX, by email, or by mail. Be sure to include all pertinent information: your name, your address, your telephone number, the name of the product, the quantity, and the date on which you would like to receive the product.

Shipping or Picking-Up Your Order

If you live in the area, you can pick-up your order directly from the greenhouse during regular opening hours. You must give us 48 hours notice. There is no minimum order for pick-up from the greenhouse.

Shipping by Canada Post: Due to our climate, orders shipped by Canada Post will only be possible from May 15th to October 15th. Due to the cost of packaging and preparation, a minimum order for shipping by Canada Post is $50.00.

We do deliveries: Using your postal code, we can determine if we deliver to your area, if we leave the merchandise at a drop-off location or if your order needs to be shipped by Canada Post.

Shipping outside of Canada is possible, but it becomes expensive due to the preparation costs and export permits.

Payment

We accept payment through PayPal, VISA, money orders from banks, and - if you are at the greenhouse - cash.

Payment is cashed the day of shipping.

If you wish to reserve an item for a future shipping date, a deposit of 50% is required.

Opening Hours

We are open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on weekends, by appointment.
